It’s been two years since I started this adventure and I feel like I haven’t given it as much love and attention it deserves. I wanted to make it a little less one-note.
The first thing I decided to do was to change my About Me. Now there is less rambling about myself and more random tidbits about who I am and what I like.
I also decided to add a section for all the new words that I learn during my reading. I asked my mom to help me come with a good word that would encompass “vocabulary” without sounding like I was trying to be your high school English teacher giving you a quiz. She came up with a brilliant one: word-stock. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted an entire list of very good words. However, I was able to add a few from a different list.
My favorite addition is the drop down menu that I created: you can choose different genres/categories (i.e fiction, non-fiction, science,) and find all the books that I’ve written about in that specific grouping.
And last but not least, I started brainstorming and researching a very big thing that I want to do for my blog next year. I feel like it’s different and I am very excited about it.
If you’ve read any of this I hope you enjoy at least one change, and I appreciate any time you take out of your busy days to read something that I’ve written.
Mahalo and happy reading!
